Y’all, I had so much fun with Selah and Josh during their session at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden!! They were totally down for the vision I had in mind and trusted me completely — it was amazing! I wanted to create something really natural and peaceful, rooted in the beauty of the outdoors, and this location delivered perfectly.

We spent most of our time in the Japanese Garden section, and honestly, it felt like a dream. It was so serene, quiet, and absolutely STUNNING. The soft greenery, the peaceful water features, and of course — the koi fish! — gave the whole shoot such a relaxing, unique vibe. We took our time walking around, stopping at scenic spots, and capturing some really sweet, candid moments between these two.

One of my favorite parts was wrapping things up with a little Polaroid fun! We brought a camera along for some instant photos, and we used it as a prop in a few shots — it added such a playful, personal touch to the session. Selah and Josh were just so easy to work with, laughing and going with the flow the entire time. It felt more like hanging out with friends than anything else!

This session was the perfect summer shoot — lighthearted, nature-filled, and full of joy. I’m so thankful Selah and Josh came along for the ride and trusted me to bring this vision to life. I can’t wait to do more shoots like this!
