I had an absolute blast hanging out with Maddy and Eric as they celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary. I asked them what a date night looks like for them, and we essentially turned their date night into a candid documentary of their love story.
We kicked things off in downtown Dallas, wandering through the vibrant streets and grabbed some Merit Coffee. It gave us all sorts of opportunities for candid shots with the city as our backdrop, and honestly, they were just a joy to photograph!
After a bit of strolling and a whole lot of laughter, we decided to make things a little more playful and swapped outfits. Yep, you read that right! They exchanged their looks for round two, which definitely added a fun twist to the shoot. Next stop? Trammel Crow Park! It’s this beautiful little gem, known for its stunning views and those absolutely dreamy sunset moments. Seriously, it was the perfect way to end the day. The golden hour light was just magical, and it made for some truly authentic shots that I know they’re going to treasure forever. Moments like these are why I truly believe in the beauty of candid photography in DFW!
